Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the infoTok mobile application and related services (the "Service"), operated by Veloran ("we", "us"). By downloading or using infoTok you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

infoTok provides trend intelligence for content creators — surfacing public TikTok trends (hashtags, sounds, videos and, where available, products) by country and niche, together with analytics and AI‑assisted script suggestions. infoTok is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance Ltd. All TikTok names, trademarks and content belong to their respective owners.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use infoTok. Creating an account is optional; if you do, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and may not impersonate others.

3. Subscriptions, trials & billing

• infoTok offers free features and optional paid plans. Paid plans are sold as auto‑renewing subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed via RevenueCat.
• Payment is charged to your app‑store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. Only one trial is available per eligible account.
• You manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple or Google account settings. Refunds are handled by the respective app store under its policies.
• Prices may change; we will give notice of changes as required, and changes do not affect the period you have already paid for.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service to violate any law or the terms of TikTok or any third party; (b) attempt to access, scrape, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; (c) resell, redistribute, or create a competing product from the data provided; or (d) misuse the AI features to generate unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

5. Trend data — "as is"

Trend data is aggregated from public sources through third‑party providers and is provided for informational purposes only. It may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate, and past performance of a trend does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on it.

6. AI‑generated content

Scripts and suggestions produced by the AI generator are automated outputs based on the inputs you provide. They may contain errors and are provided as a starting point only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring any content you publish complies with applicable laws and platform rules. Subject to these Terms, you own the outputs you generate for your own use.

7. Intellectual property

The infoTok app, its design, and its original content are owned by Veloran and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, or reverse‑engineer the Service except as permitted by law.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veloran shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account in‑app. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer‑protection rights in your country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notified in‑app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
